For BAS Catalogue and/or Bulletin and other publications of the Institute you should fill in request form for BAS Catalogue and/or Bulletin

In case you do not know standard designation or you want some other information, you should explain your specific need in written in given section of Request.

Services of informing by searching of data bases of Bosnian-Herzegovinian or foreign standards rendered on request of the user relate to the search of standards according to:

• Technical committee;
• International classification of standards (ICS);
• European standards harmonized with the New Approach Directives

Information service can be a single one or permanent.
Single information relates to one review of data which is submitted in hard copy or by electronic mail.
Multiple or permanent informing relates to provision of information 6 or 12 times a year.

*Above prices relate to the time spent for searching of the base. Accounting unit is 0.5 hour.
**Above prices relate to searching 6 and 12 times a year respectively.
The prices of above specified services relate to 0.5 hour of searching.
Each additional 0.5-hour searching amounts to 10.00 KM.

Services of searching of the standards are provided in accordance with the agreements on rendering services of monitoring and searching of certain standards, which the Institute concludes with parties concerned on their request.
Submission of data reviews is in hard copy or by electronic mail.
A fee is charged for the previously specified services.
The fee is effectuated in such a way that the officer in the Sector for information and documentation affairs, on receipt of a request for an offer from an interested party, submits the offer to the party concerned. In case the party concerned accepts the offer, it makes payment on the basis of the offer or on the basis of a pro forma invoice on request of the party concerned.
If the reviews of data in hard copy are submitted by mail, the postage is additionally charged.

Distribution of European, international and other national standardizing documents

The Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina distributes foreign standardizing documents in hard copy in accordance with the agreements on their distribution. The sale is limited to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina

European standards and related documents can be purchased as British standards (BS EN) or as German standards (DIN EN) which are identical with the corresponding European standards EN, because the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not distribute European standards (EN).

In accordance with the agreements the Institute for Standardization of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not distribute the above mentioned standardizing documents in electronic format.
