| Scope of activities: |
Standardization in area of following types of road vehicles: motorcycles, motor vehicles, vehicles with electric drive, trailers, semi-trailers, combined and knuckle vehicles (defined by statements of Article 1, Convention on road traffic, Vienna 1968, concluded by patronage of United Nations), including terminology, compatibility, replaceability, safety and procedures for vehicle and related equipment performance testing (equipment for ignition, breaking systems, electric and electronic equipment, injection equipment and purifiers, equipment for lighting and signalization, wheels,.), and work on preparing regulations related to road vehicles, that are a part of Agreement on acceptance of concurring conditions for equipment and motor vehicles parts homologation concluded in Geneva 1958. |
