Scope

Preparing standards for agricultural and nutritional products used as food for people and animals; that implicates names, product specifications, sampling, testing methods, packing, storage and transport, processes in food industry, plants and equipment, equipment for preparing meals, transport and cutlery, food microbiology, food additives, materials in contact with foodstuffs, biotechnology.
